MUSIC EXPLORERS SUMMER CAMP
Session I: July 2-July 13
Session II: July 16-July 27
All Newton Music School offers a close-knit arts camps for 44 children per session. In the course of a day, each camper learns an instrument, sings, attends art on the porch, and participates in musical theater. The shows this summer will be Peter Pan, Jr. and Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Jr.
Campers spend time outdoors every day, playing games in our yard with the counselors.
On the second Thursday of each session, the school hosts a Festival Evening. Students stay from 3:00-5:30pm for a pizza party and movie. Parents will arrive at 6:00pm to experience a brief concert, followed by the musical performance at 6:30pm. The students’ artwork will be on display and the musical will be presented in a fully staged, costumed production. The evening ends with a cast party, where families can socialize and the campers can introduce their new friends!
